today was a back and calves day…

3 sets of pullups: 13, 10, 8

5 sets of T-bar rows: 90 lb x 15, 105 lb x 8, 7, 7, 6

4 sets of barbel rows: 30 lb per side x 10, 8, 7, 7

2 sets of 12 reps on the upright row machine

3 sets of 1 arm rows: 55 lb x 7, 7, 6 (pyramid down to another 6 reps with 35 lb on last set)

today i finished off my workout with some weighted pullups.  Got 6 with a 20 lb dumbell between my feet.  First time i tried this…i like it :)
