Alright, I’m new to this bodyblog thing, but here it goes.
Got up at 5:30 AM, ate breakfast (i’m doing a Keto diet):
2 eggs, 2 tbsp butter, spinach
Went boxing for an hour.
That’s always a lot of fun and a hell of a workout. There was this woman there today who was slacking. Then the trainer tells her that instead of walking on the treadmill for 1/2 an hour she should do a shorter, more intense workout and she started screaming that was bullshit. I know i shouldn’t have but I intervened and agreed with the trainer. Her response: "what do you know? you’re a stupid 19 year old girl" Ouch.
later this evening for lifting its a Chest and Abs day.

I understand how people treat you when you are trying to give them tips. I look a little heavy right now because I am bulking. No one wants to listen to a thing I say in the gym until they see what I deadlift. Brush it off. You look like you are doing very well with your routine. You aren\’t doing it to impress old fat women in the gym anyway.
