SNAC Stack : Day 16

Tuesday, November 24th 2009

Up early this morning and off to the office. Even though i hot only 7 hours of sleep i felt great, maybe a nap before the gym later lol. Every little bit helps, good nap, great food and good music keeps me in a awesome mood to go push my body to the limit. decided to hit the gym around 2 oclock today, i keep my leg days at least past 1 so i can get a few meals in before i head to the gym.

Food
600am - 42g SNAC ProQuick/SNAC Multi
830am - 1 banana/1 CLIF bar
1000am - 2 slices wheat bread/2 tbsp peanut butter/8oz fat free milk
1200pm - 2 cups shredded wheat/1 banana/8oz fat free milk
115pm - 4 SNAC aerobitine/3 SNAC vitalyze/2 SNAC hypoxygen/6oz cranberry juice
200pm - intra workout water
400pm - 2 scoops SNAC proglycosyn/8oz fat free milk
600pm - 10oz turkey breast/1 wheat roll/1 avocado/1 tomato
800pm - 6oz chicken breast/2 cups spinach
1000pm - 1 cup cottage cheese/3 SNAC ZMA

Workout
Legs
seated sled leg press / 12 / 8×600
seated hamstring curls / 6 / 16×90

Shoulders
seated smith machine front press / 6 / 6×155
seated smith machine behind the neck press / 6 / 6×115

Calves
seated calf press / 5 / 12×140

abs
hanging leg ups / 5 / 12

Was feeling awesome today as soon as i walked in, headed straight to the leg press and was ready to take care of business. This 12 set setup is insane, i mean it doesnt seem like too much of a load to handle, but wow. After my workout i have never felt so drained, it was great, I usually have to drag myself out of the gym because i wanna keep going. So 2 leg days a week like this will be nice.

I got to my max for 8 reps at 600lbs for the last 4 sets, My strength stayed consistent and my breathing and drive was threw the roof, i am stuck on the fact that HypOxygen is a great addition to any stack out there, im blown away by the actually noticeable effects i have seen.

And of course the vitalyze and aerobitine mix keeps me going from start to finish with 100% intensity, i cant wait for back tomorrow.
