SNAC Stack : Day 5

Friday, November 13th 2009

Today i decided that im gunna eat good today, really stack up the food and hit legs damn hard tonight, i ate alot today and felt very strong while working out, really felt the energy effects of vitalyze and aerobitine today, because usually at the end of my leg workout i wanna pass out let alone keep going, but i added in some lunges at the end because i was feeling so good.

And for preworkout i decided to go to IHOP and get some pancakes (no butter of course lol) with some syrup, nothing like 200g carbs and 60g sugars 2 hours before leg day, thats power

Food
900am - 2 cups cheerios/8oz fat free milk/SNAC multi
1100am - 6 egg whites/3 yolks/3 tortillas
130pm - 6 egg whites/3 yolks/3 tortillas
400pm - 6oz chicken breast/3 cups spinach
330pm - 42g SNAC ProQuick/apple
600pm - 5 pancakes/3 eggs/syrup
715pm - 4 SNAC aerobitine/3 SNAC vitalyze/2 SNAC hypoxygen/6oz cranberry juice
800pm - intra waorkout water
1000pm - 2 scoops proglycosyn/8oz fat free milk
1130pm - 1 cup cottage cheese/3 ZMA

Workout
Legs
barbell squats / 4 / 8×225
seated sled press / 4 / 10×550
seated leg extensions / 4 / 10×90lb
seated hamstring curl / 4 / 12×150lb
walking lunges / 3 / 24×50lbers

Shoulders
Dumbbell front raises / 4 / 8×35
Dumbbell side laterals / 4 / 8×40
Dumbbell rear delt laterals / 4 / 10×20

Calves
Donkey calf press / 4 / 10×500

Abs
Hanging leg ups / 4 / 10

This leg day was suppose to destroy me, but i was still able to walk out of the gym and drive my car, so it wasnt that bad  

During the workout, of course i was tired. But i never had a point in the entire thing where i felt like i wanted to give up just a few reps shy of my goal for that set, my grip was strong, and i could feel the initial explosion push from the bottom of the lift alot stronger than normal, i know i say that alot about every workout, but that is honestly a HUGE factor of one of HypOxygen’s effects, for me that is.

After a leg press set, i feel like i just sprinted a mile usually. But with my VO2 max so high right now, i am experiencing faster recovery in between sets, so im ready faster, staying warm, keeping my core temp up, and keeping the blood flowing. Its a great feeling to have continuous power throughout a 2 hour workout.

Back and biceps tomorrow, ill sleep good tonight.

Aint no sleep like ZMA sleep.
