I will be continuing my supplement stack of course and my training. but i have recently got the SUUNTO watch, which measures; EPO, v02 max, average and current heart rate, ventilation, training effect and effectiveness.

Chest day, was going to head to the mountain view gym with my workout partner around 5 oclock today. Chest and biceps today, 4 exercises for chest at 5 sets each and 3 exercises for biceps at 5 sets each. A good volume workout.

back day, wide grip for width. Keeping a closer grip lets you lift alittle heavier and majority of the time it promotes thickness in the back. Wide grip day is for width, so you need a simple medium between the two.

Had a solid workout, never used the high hammer pull machine, insane pump right out the gate, definitely adding that into my regiment on wide grip day. Dont know why but i never felt Aerobitine and Vitalyze kick in so hard before today, i even had to run off a mile at the end of my workout cause i was feeling insanely energetic and i never do cardio, so was alittle out of regiment for me. But wow hypoxygen delivers in cardio like i could never imagine, i dont do cardio and ran a 7:14 mile, pretty good i think.

leg day, i had decided that im going to just do leg press on tues and fri. i enjoy hack squats like i do on fridays but i just dont feel it, i try to kill myself with it pushing it to 10 plates, but even then just under 500lbs i still dont feel it the next day. I am thinking to just hit leg press on both days just for size, my legs lack because im tall.

Had a great workout, was feeling strong, keep just adding plates, the bars filled up and i was stacking weight on top of the sled. I just felt it today, strength was flowing and it felt great. Had great sleep that night and ate good.
I have come to facts i just cant wake up without proquick, it is a great meal right when you wakeup because it hits quick and starts to absorb fast, so you get the nutrients needed to start your day. So that stacked with the multi first thing in the morning is great to get the day going.

Was feeling amazing today during workout, but i was moving fast and felt abit light headed today so i had to by a monster milk, seemed like a thick protein shake to hold me over until after workout. usually dont use RTD but it was pretty good and kept me going strong.
My snac stack is ridiculous now, i am feeling the full effects of every product, im a machine in the gym now, everything seems light and i can just keep going without even a speed bump.

Was a good workout, my back was so full i could barely reach up and fix my ipod lol. This snac stack gets better and better everyday, i feel the effects more and more. Im going to do a 5k run in san francisco towards the end of january and then we will really see how the vitalyze/aerobitine and hypoxygen works in that type of situation.

felt amazing today, not my normal gym where my trusty leg press is lol, but i was at the sunnyvale gym today and still got the job done. funny how certain machines are different in some ways.
aerobitine and vitalyze have got me so focused lately and my intensity so threw the roof that i have had to be drug out of the gym lately.
my downtime in between sets in ridiculous now, i can barely walk to the water fountain after a set without being fully recovered and ready to go again

Felt great today, my motivation has been threw the roof for the last few weeks, has been insane. i have 100% intensity for almost 2 straight hours every workout now, my workout partner has been a great push for me lately as well.
