Functional fitness,power strength
I had a change of heart about a month ago. I went to this workshop called the total home training,similar to trx training except your use resistance band.
It was just awesome to be surrended by all those already-training-other trainers. Its amazing to see the reaction of experienced trainers toward that kinda training.
For sure bodybuilding still has a place in my heart but,functional training is fun,i burn a ton of calories and i can still work in power strength with drills like,farmers walk,platorm loading/unloading,snatch and work on my core/stability with one legged exercises.
! im looking forward to my next workout!!!
