June 18, 2009hey everyone/bonjour à tous,
so its been about 2 months since i had dislocated my shoulder doing behind the neck triceps skullcrushers. later i read these articles which mention behind the neck workouts are risky–>

so i’ve been undergoing physio at the saskatoon field house and doing workouts as directed by the physio, no heavier weights and definitely no above the shoulder workouts e.g. military press
i had 3 appointments with her and advancing through resistance workout bands. she told me im progressing well and in a month or so i could lift heavier weights with no restrictions and could get into brazilian jiu jitsu yay!!!!
gotta stay lean and mean but most importantly stay natural!!
