stress….
Working out is a stress relief….it makes me feel so much better about myself…but, for some reason, the last 2 weeks..i’ve been FORCING myself to go the gym. The first 10 min of my workout I don’t want to be there…and I feel like nothing. I’m just bored, i guess

Is good to workout after a few minutes you will feel and look better, and youre giving life to your mind and body. In the gym i kill my stress, my probles, and my fears. Working out is great!

It could also be your diet. Whenever I try cutting carbs I get the same feeling. You could also try some form of caffeine, that always does it for me.
