Working out is a stress relief….it makes me feel so much better about myself…but, for some reason, the last 2 weeks..i’ve been FORCING myself to go the gym. The first 10 min of my workout I don’t want to be there…and I feel like nothing. I’m just bored, i guess

so i’m done with working out twice a day now, because i have a job……but why am I more tired with only one workout, rather than the 2? I dont get it

My diet seems to be slipping …..I’ve been somewhat depressed, and have been seeking my comfort food more. HELP!! any suggestions? I have 7 weeks until my sister’s wedding…i want to lose 15 lbs. b4 then….anyone think I can do it?

So, I was directed to a website to keep track of everything I eat for the day. It will really help me so I do not cheat, and also so i keep track of everything. Its really neat! I’m super pumped. If you see anything I am doing wrong..LET ME KNOW

Alright, so….I am going to start this blog by mentioning that I am going to work harder than ever on losing my weight. I just found out that my younger sister is going to be getting married in think I could do that, but if I end up with 10, I’ll be happy! So…..People..BE HARD ON ME…I need people to encourage me. It helps
