6 weeks

^ weeks from tonight i will probably be sitting in a pre-show meeting, or maybe putting on my fake eyelashes… I will be about 15 shades darker than my natural skin tone and i will be emanating a strange tanning product odor. My stomach will be very empty, and my throat will be calling out for some water, but i won’t care because there are more important things to worry about now. How does my suit look?  Is my color good? How do i compare to all these other girls? Will i trip onstage (like last time) ? Did i pick the right hairstyle? Is my face too shiny? Are my shoulders big enough? Are my legs small enough? Will i hit my poses? Will i get a good spot in the line ups (center)? Will the judges like my one piece suit this time? How will my new implants look? Will it make any difference? Will the judges like my look? Will i make it to the top ten call out??? Six weeks from now i will be getting ready to walk out on stage at the great Arnold Classic Amateur show! Six weeks from tonight i will be stepping on stage for my first National level show and only my 3rd figure competition ever. I am more than excited right now. I can hardly wait!! I have imagined myself among these ranks a million times! Six weeks from tonight I am going to walk on that stage and know that i have what it takes to make that top ten. And if i do make that elite group that goes on tho the finals, I will hold my head so high. That moment will be great. That moment will be like winning 1st place. Six weeks from tonight….

Well good luck, I am sure you will do great. I always wondered which is better, winning or being able to pig out after a competition?lol

I would go ahead and change the if, to when! Power of positive thinking is greater than we realize…Remember to also enjoy the whole experience, for the road to goal completion is where our fondest memorie are, in most cases, forged.

    Good luck!
