10/01/09 Day 1
Thursday, October 1st, 2009Well, things started off great as I had a protein shake around 9:20 am only to be running around and catching up on errands and getting a bit drained for no apparent reason. There was nothing clean to eat around that neck of the woods and so I just had 2 slices of Pizza. I worked out (Shoulders) after that and still felt drained. I guess it’s all mental and I will be much harder on myself come the next few days. The rest of my meals will be clean for sure- as I’m just resting for the remaining day at home and reading some material and thinking of my goals. Also- later I will be heading to Gold’s Gym for cardio. I’ll share that with you once it’s all over.
