Well, things started off great as I had a protein shake around 9:20 am only to be running around and catching up on errands and getting a bit drained for no apparent reason. There was nothing clean to eat around that neck of the woods and so I just had 2 slices of Pizza. I worked out (Shoulders) after that and still felt drained. I guess it’s all mental and I will be much harder on myself come the next few days. The rest of my meals will be clean for sure- as I’m just resting for the remaining day at home and reading some material and thinking of my goals. Also- later I will be heading to Gold’s Gym for cardio. I’ll share that with you once it’s all over.

Well, I’m here sitting at the computer and figuring out how I will start my prep for next season (effective tomorrow).
I’m also very happy and excited that I’m able to post on my blog for the very first time since this option wasn’t working for me sometime ago.
I figure that with this new option, I can work wonders for myself and also see nice and clearly what works best and what doesn’t. I’m going to do something of what I call a "Radical" change and what I mean by that is something out of the ordinary, regarding prep training, cardiovascular and most likely diet.
Tomorrow is day 1 of when I start Phase 1 of a 9 month journey broken down into 3 quarters.
Starting tomorrow what I basically do is start to eliminate such foods as breads, pasta, soft drinks and start incorporating such foods as fish, potatoes, red meat, vegetables and such.
Also, training is going to be at a much faster pace. Currently- I’m at a morning (Bulky) body weight of 254 lbs. and aim to be 230-235 lbs. & in hard condition come January 1st.
For the 1st phase (3 months) I’ll be training each body part once a week with little rest in between sets.
Let’s see how this all goes, you can follow my journey if you like.
