My Goals
July 16, 2009Long term goal - Appear on the cover of a fitness magazine.
12 month goal - Get to a single digit bodyfat.
6 month goal - Take my shirt off in the gym with a visible six- pack.
- Make it to the "Transformation Of The Week" on BB.com
3 month goal - Not skipping a single workout.
Weekly goal - Sticking to the diet.
- Breaking any PR’s with cardio/weights.
Daily goal - Putting in 100% effort in the gym.
- Sticking to foods that are only allowed in my diet.
- Erasing negative thoughts.
- Sleep before 9:30pm and wake up before 4:30am
