Havn’t updated this thing since like november so just stoppin in to update you guys if you care haha. Man last time i updated i was puttin 145 up now im at 170.. sounds good too me. Right now im pretty much messed up on routine but im working on getting my diet in check right now then ill worry about my routine. but that’s all i got for noww.

Today was a good week. I started my Animal Pak, Animal Pump, And ON 100% Whey stack finally. I’m really impressed with Animal Pump. I’ve heard good and bad but from personal experience it works for me. AMAZING PUMPS that’s all I have to say.
Got 145 up this week on bench press. Pretty excited about that. I hit my 2 month mark last week so I switched up the routine a little bit. The new bench press routine I started wore me out real bad. My pecs are killin’ me today. but I hope that means it’s working and ill put up 150/155 next week!

yeah so it’s tuesday.. chest day. i went into the gym telling myself i’d put up 145 today. put it down got it half way and just couldnt do it. but i did get 140 up. it’s still an accomplishment but i would of liked to make a 10 pound increase since last week. but it didn’t and that’s okay, a gain is a gain. we’ll just have to see what next week holds.
