June 6, 2007Mondays: chest-shoulders-triceps-light abs (5am cardio for an hour)
Tuesdays: Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads, Light Calves-light abs (5 am cardio for an hour)
Wednesdays: 1 hour afternoon cardio-light abs (5am cardio for an hour)
Thursday: Shoulders and Heavy Abs (5am cardio for an hour)
Friday- Back, Biceps, Heavy Calves, light abs (5am cardio for an hour)
Saturday- 1 hour cardio afternoon
Sunday- Rest day (but i always feel guilty for resting and if i find time, do cardio for an hour)
