2nd week down!
How do I begin? Hhmmm…I had a good week, yeah…it was a good week.
My co-workers began noticing that I was always eating. Some would say…you missed breakfast, when they saw me eating at around 10am. Or when they saw me eating in the early afternoon, they wondered how much food I brought to work. I feel safe and prepared when I bring in my own food. It saves me from being tempted by the snack table.
One of my very good friends told me I was on the edge of being obsessive. It all began when I decided to take Thursday off and sleep in an extra hour. All day I felt funky, unlike myself…and the only cure I could think of, was to hit the gym that night about 10pm. I tell you, I felt much better, much much better afterwards.
I have been eating clean and enjoying quite a bit of sweet potato. Most recently, I have cut the potatoes like fries, seasoned with black pepper and cajun spices…then bake in the oven at 350 degrees, until cooked. I would do a few potatoes at a time and dish out with my daily meals. Good source of carbs, quick and easy.
I feel stronger and I workout with more of a purpose than before. Maybe I am becoming a bit addicted to all this adrenaline and other feel good chemicals that pumps through my body before, during, and hours after I workout. Makes me hungry and look forward to working out another day. Typing this makes me feel like screaming in excitement. Oh gosh, I might be losing my mind…lol.
Cheer to great health!

Well congrats on your week. It sounds like it was a really good one for you. Nothing wrong with being addicted to working out. The problem comes when you’re addicted to eating badly and being a lazy fat cow. Which we can all see you are not. So big ups to your for wanting to be a better person overall. Love the determination and drive, it’s addictive for sure. Good job, keep it up!!

Good for you keeping yourself prepared and ready to go with great food that keeps you from straying from your goals. You are a fierce competitior,Sam, and I am thrilled you are still in LMS…. be sure to check out lovejones596 blog and check to see if your stats are correct!!!
