Cardio and a clean diet is a good start….your abs are there…you just need to burn the fat to get them to come out…along with a killer ab routine. Now get to training!!

Calories in vs. Calories out, burn more than you need to maintain your weight its not as hard as it sounds. Monitor carb intake only complex carbs with breakfast mid morning snack and lunch should be the last time of the day with any carbs. Cardio, weight training, and diet are all the main keys they go hand and hand. Start with two cheat meals a week if you must but be sure to space them out in the week.
