The sun is inspiring, but the heat...it's an effort of will to push through workouts when the sun is high raging and the humidity is rising. Still, you do what needs to be done! On the other hand, I've know problem going out and getting some work done in the cold and rain. But then I am from Britain, the land of perpetual gloom!
