Great Blog. I couldn't agree more. I see a lot of women on here who talk about how fat they are, when they aren't even close to being chubby. Not everyone has the structure to be a size 4. Keep up that attitude. Real women have curves...

College is rough as far as being able to eat healthy. I had a terrible first year, but after that I did much better. Cooking ahead is a great idea, use your weekends or whatever free time you have. And, DON'T GIVE INTO FAST FOOD! Its so damn tempting.

There are plenty of healthy snacks out there too, just use your head when shopping. Check out nutrition labels too, sometimes you'll be surprised by whats in a product you would think is healthy.

Back in action!! I finally have the time and energy to start really working out again. College is crazy! So my time is still limited but I've came up with ways and have done my best to make time. I really need to update my page, because my workouts have changed some and my eating habits, well, still working on improvements. I have to cook the day before I go to school because I'm there all day long and I am sick and tired of Subways and vending machines!( not healthy anyways) I'd really like to know how everyone else copes with a hectic and I mean hectic and still have the time and energy, if any, to get in a great workout and eat right.
