Ok, for the women who are sooooo worried and frustrated about their pants size or weight. STOP!!! Take a chill pill and relax. First off, you shouldn’t go by what size you are (unless you are really big then it makes a difference in trying on jeans at the end of each week to see ur progress), BUT my point is this: I am 165 lbs 5′ 6′’ size 10 or 11 (now given these are wrangler jeans, I ride horses and work on a ranch, etc etc.. so the sizes are a bit different but not too far off) and most people think that this is HUUGGGEEE. Think again, it’s not. I have a decent amount of muscle, of course theres fat there too lol, and a well developed (emberassing to say this, but it helps to get the msg across) rear end. THAT is why my pants are that size, THAT is why I weight what I do. My best friend had weighed the same as me and was actually in the same size as I was, but she was twice my size and from a visual judgement, obese!! WOMEN!!! Please stop beating yourself up over size and scale weight. Go by how you feel, how you look, how far you can sprint, how heavy your weights can get each rep, how many pushups you can do in one set, etc……I believe that if you by that, instead of the norm, you will see results faster because you don’t binge after finding out the scale moved 0.5 lbs or you still can’t get your pants over your ass!!! BUT, if you go by lets say…"5 more pushups from last month"…..or……"I’m up to running a sprint for a full minute now!!!"……Just try to keep that mindset, but if you still like seeing that scale go down, that’s fine. Have at it! Just don’t beat yourself up over it.

Ok, when you first see the video where jamie’s showing you how to do it, she makes it look ssssooooo easy. And you think, “this is gonna be a cinch, nothing to worry about and probably isn’t even worth my time.” Think again!!! Unless your as fit as Jamie is, it’s pretty rough. But afterawhile it got easy. I suggest it to the ppl who don’t want to go outside, or who can’t or if your cardio is not working (which was my reason in the first place, don’t know what happened to it) or if you don’t have one. All you need is a deck of cards and a small space.

What in the world happened?! Within two weeks I gained 8 pounds. I’m eating right and working out. Usually I wouldn’t really worry about it but I feel like complete crap and really, extremely bloated. Anybody else ever experienced this?

August 31, 2008 Sunday
Okay, the first week of ymy CKD has gone by. I have lost 4 pounds!!!! YAY!!! And no it wasn’t water, because I only gain about 5 or 6 pounds of water weight and it was, sorry guys, the time of the month. SO! The first two days I was feeling it like they said I would. But after that I was just real mellow. I got through my workouts and all. I didn’t quite exactly follow my eating plan exactly as I should have. I wanted to have 5 or 6 meals a day and really only have 3 with some slices of cheese. Also, I needed to eat more fat than I was in ratio with my protein. My weight loss could of been more if I had AND if I didn’t cheat some AND I didn’t have those diet sodas. Which I am not a big fan of but I had cravings and I really don’t like jello. I did use whip cream as a source to bash those cravings and it is completely alright with the CKD. So, that’s all for now I don’t hve much time because I’ve got to study, yes I am a college student and I do have a job. This diet is great for those who don’t have a lt of spare time on their hands to really take care of their bodies. I’ll have mre details next week, hopefully.

Okay, first off I want to say that the CKD is a GREAt diet for weight loss and mucles gain. BUT for those of us who actually have a job that requires a lot of physical activity it IS NOT for us! I work on a farm. Enough said. I got extremely tired and I didn’t feel good, which they said would happen but I have been on this diet for two weeks now. GREAT DIET don’t get me wrong but I need the carbs and I can’t afford to stay on it. SO I’m going to a more ‘energy producing-fat losing-muscle gaining’ way of eating (not saying a diet because it’s not one).
So to sum it all up:
Fat loss= GREAT for people who sit on their butts all day. NOT GREAT for those with a physically laboring job.
Muscle Maintenance or Gain=GREAT - IF DONE RIGHT!
Energy= Only if you don’t really do anything!

This is for all of the fitness models. Does having a tattoo restrict the possibility of becoming a fitness model? I don’t have one but I was thinking of getting one and I am really curious.
