5 things that piss me off in the gym
1. The person that takes 30mins on a machine to do 3 sets…WHAT THE HELL MAN!
2. People that don’t bring a towel or bother to wipe down the equipment when there finished.
3. People that try and lift to much and there technique goes down the window, love the heart your showing but…NO drop the weight and do it properly.
4. People that pritty much scream every time they lift no matter the weight there actualy lifting.
5. People that try and pick up at the gym…your here to work out not get laid.

How about when peolpe sit on machines that you want to use on their damn cell phone talking or texting.
