1. The person that takes 30mins on a machine to do 3 sets…WHAT THE HELL MAN!
2. People that don’t bring a towel or bother to wipe down the equipment when there finished.
3. People that try and lift to much and there technique goes down the window, love the heart your showing but…NO drop the weight and do it properly.
4. People that pritty much scream every time they lift no matter the weight there actualy lifting.
5. People that try and pick up at the gym…your here to work out not get laid.

Damn Hamstrings, well this is my first ever bodyblog entry and sadly i have to start with a negative.
So it is 4 weeks out of my football season and i go and tare my hamstring aren’t i smart. i was in a mixed 4×100m relay and i was the final leg of the race, i got the batten and we where about 10m in front at about 50m to go a hear a loud pop in my left leg i new i tore my muscle. We where about 15-20m ahead at this time, so this is what ent through my mind do 1.I hobble on and finish the race with pride or 2.pull over and scream…i wanted to do the second option, i didn’t, and then about 5m later BANG my right hamstring cramps…i still decide to push on. I could hear the commentator screaming into the mick…"Shaun’s hurt, he’s hurt he’s hurt!"…I managed to finish the race and by my seprize win by about a half an inch, i droped to the ground and screamed. a crowd of officals surounded me and then i sore one of my team mates she, smiled and said…"Good we won"…then she help carry me to the first aid tent typical Kaitlan always the positives

Well after this i was rushed to hospital to get an ultrasound of the muscles i tore my left hamstring but luckerly it was only reletivly minor and i will be off walking on it for 2 weeks and my right leg was a strain so it should be right within 48 hours. the sad thing is that i warmed up properly and everything, i guess this happens, oh well suck is life.
