A picture is worth a 1000 words…

Well I only need a few, "what the hell?"

Let me explain my confusion. Today was the three week mark on my new diet. So I wake up go to the gym do my 30 of cardio, abs and stretching. I come home eat my six egg white omelette with low fat low carb cheese, shower up and take my measurements and progress pics. Now see over the past three weeks I haven’t missed a workout, haven’t really cheated on my diet maybe added a little extra rice another ounce of chicken but still pretty strict. My jeans are very loose had to use two other holes on my belt all my clothes are fitting better, looser. So You can imagine my dismay when I look at my pics expecting to see unmistakable change no matter how minor, but but what do my eyes reveal not a dang thing.  Let me back up one more time, over the past weeks I had on occasion glanced at my self in a mirror, my reflection passing, the point is with my own eyes I had seen the transformation or at least what I thought was the begining of a transformation. So why is it the images on my camera are so much more contorted than my eyes see. Really I’m just venting, I know the pics are accurate and I just have to be more patient, I know rome wasn’t built in a day but I bet it didn’t take them three weeks to break ground. I have lost several inches in alot of my measurments and like I said my clothes are fitting better, but man do mine eyes decieve. I’m not sure about posting those pics or waiting a week or so and taking them over. I think I’ll wait a day or so and look at them again and see if I can pick up any changes and maybe post them.
