The First 2 Weeks
Thursday, December 27th, 2007As December comes to an end, so ends room for inconsistancy in training and overindulging. I am now 14 weeks from a figure competition that is very important to me, my home-town provincial. This is a show I competed in 6 years ago and did very poorly. After years of sparatic training and weight fluxuation, I am finally ready to step on to that stage again, this time, with an agenda. To Place in the top three. Today my journey begins. I am dreading these first two weeks as I find they are the toughest two weeks of the entire training process. You are so far away from the show date that it is easy to make excusses, cheat on your diet and skip workouts. But I cannot… I need to do this. Just wondering if anyone is intereted in sharing their motivational stratagies…. I need all the help I can get.
