Are you doing the new challenge in the current magazine? I so want to try it. Looks intense and challenging. Plus you get to play with the iron. LOL

I had similar results for 3 years Eric - some change but not as much as would be expected for that long. The problem was my diet, I had to get serious about cutting out everything that was not helping me achieve my goals, and then eating what I needed to help me build muscle, plus taking extra protein. The results after that were great, I lost 14 pounds in 2 months but there was a greater fat loss than that since I also increased muscle size everywhere. I didn't lose any weight on the scales last month though, but I think I still had progress. The next thing I have to do is be more consistent with cardio. Your diet is definalty the key to taking things to the next level. PS I'll soon be 43 and I'm in the best shape of my life. I don't think your age is much a factor, it's what you're doing. Good luck!

Ha, VERY creative with the suitcase! I hate travelling since it always sets me back, too... but just take comfort in knowing that you look great and hopefully you'll get even more motivated once you're back home!

I completely agree, You do have to get in tune with your own body to find what works for you.

Keep up the good work and good luck with your goals!
