I had a great workout today. I worked on legs (smith squat, hip sled, leg curls, leg extensions, and calf raises). However, I am a little worried about a slight pain in my left knee when I start my squat routine. After I get going, the pain goes away. I probably will ask my doctor about it and maybe take something to help with joint pain. Interestingly, it happens only when I do squats and leg extensions.
I am going to try and get some cardio in tonight (30 minutes on the treadmill). I’ve noticed doing cardio on leg day is the most difficult. Mind over matter

I am really starting to like this site. There is tons of information and loads of inspiration. It’s good to see so many people out there trying to achieve the same goals.
