I am so sick of Fitworks. I guess I will join another gym. I just hate to pay for 2 separate memberships. I guess I will fight with Fitworks after I join the other gym. Anyone in the Cincinnati area thinking of joining Fitworks think real hard before you join this gym. Ask around and see how they are with customer service. The Forest Park branch NEVER opens on time and the manager is never around to talk to him. I have talked with the district manager and got the "well I wish I could tell you this won’t happen again but you know how that goes." I wish there was a 24hr gym near me. It is so frustrating to go to bed early so I can get up at 4am and then sit in a parking lot. Now I will spend the next few days wondering if I should get up and go sit in the parking lot or just say screw it and sleep in. If I sleep in I end up having a bad day because I didn’t get to workout and if I get up and go sit in the parking lot then turn around and come home I still have a bad day.
I guess it’s time to make some phone calls.

I am so frustrated right now. I don’t know what to do about the gym I belong to. I spend more time in the parking lot waiting than I do working out. I have been a member since Feb 08 and I would say that this gym has opned on time maybe a total of 25 days. On average they open late about 5 to 10 min every morning. Now the past 2 days are even worse. Monday I left after 12min, I mean what’s the point of a 20min workout. This morning I waited around to give them hell and gave up after 25min. I do have a schedule to keep. I tried calling them from 7am up until 8:45am while at work. No answer. So I sent an email complaining about this. Didn’t get a response. I thought what the hell I will just go to the other gym location on the other side of town. Something told me to call first and good thing because guess what. I will have to pay a one time fee of $60 to tranfer locations. Transfer what? This is starting to be a joke. So I decide to call the Forest Park location to which I belong and come to find out they didn’t open until 9:00am. 9 freakin am, 4 hours late. They acted like it was no big deal. "oh yeah I got here at 9 and had to open myself because the morning girl didn’t come in" says the friendly young lady on the other end of the phone. So I ask if this was going to be a new thing for them. " AHHH no" she says, " this is just one of those odd things that happen." Really well this has been 2 days now that I haven’t been able to get in my workout which I have already paid for. She just acted like I was putting her out. I just work the front desk I have no idea what’s going on. And of course the manager just stepped out and if I leave my name and number he will get right back with me. No thank you I will call Corporate and see what we can do. Well Corporate is just as bad. I had to leave my name and number so they can get right back with me.
Well I guess they are getting my money and that’s good enough for them. I have a fine 2 year contract that cannot be cancelled. Live and learn I guess but I will keep fighting these bastards.
If a person were to do to another what these companys do they would be arrested for theft.
Don’t join FITWORKS!!!!!!

They SUCK. Right after my 1st shoulder press set I was re-racking the weights and BAM!!! It hit me. I have had my share of them and I have learned to ride it out without medication but damn it sure is hard. I always try and get my mind on something else because if you think about what you are feeling it gets worse.
I am not sure why I started having them but I remember the 1st time it happened. I thought I was having a heart attack that lasted for about an hour.
Anyway after my attack this morning I walked around the bench I was using and up and down past a couple of machines thinking about work and what I was going to do when I got home. Then I grabbed a couple of dumbbells and proceeded with Front Two-Dumbbell Raises and then another set of Shoulder Presses. After that it was over and the rest of the workout went OK, although I didn’t push myself too hard for the rest of the workout.
I hope no one has to go through a panic attack but if you are one who has them I know how you feel.

Well Sunday I decided to shave my head again. I wanted to get that out of the way before going outside to do yard work. Somehow I thought it would be a good idea to put on some indoor / outdoor Extreme Accelerator Tanning Lotion with Bronzer. What a dumba$$ idea. After I finished the yard work we went swimming in neighbor’s pool.
They had invited us over while they were out of town. Well actually we have a key to the gate and can us the pool anytime but we always wait to be invited. Anyway we didn’t get to do much swimming. No one has been in the pool since last year and it was a little dirty. So we spent the next 2 1/2 hours cleaning and swimming trying to make it fun LOL. I figure it’s the least we could do for letting us the pool.
That night the burn started to set in and set in and set in. Holy crap the pain!!!! I haven’t had a sunburn this bad since I was a teen. Well come 4am Monday morning I was up and getting ready for the gym. Took my supps and was standing at the back door in a daze. I didn’t get much sleep Sunday night and the thought of putting that bar across my shoulders or having my back touch anything was just too much. Even after taking Super Pump 250 I was still in a daze and way too tired to hit the gym. So it was back to bed for me.
This morning was a little better but I still didn’t get much sleep. Tonight I have something better to put on my back and shoulders so tomorrow I should be at the gym at 5am sharp. I may just have to force myself.

Well I got my order of Gaspari Nutrition - Super Pump 250 and Size On yesterday and started taking them even though these are my off days. I just wanted to see how they made me feel. Damn I wanted to hit the gym. Can’t wait til Monday so I can hit my legs with the new supps. I will be ordering from BB.Com from now on. Love the prices and delivery time was amazing. I placed an order Friday afternoon around 1:30 and received my order Saturday Afternoon.
I was taking Arnge Krush and Cell Mass. Arnge Krush was pretty good but the price was way too high. The Cell Mass was free and good thing for that. Man that stuff was doing a number on my insides. Plus it didn’t fit into my schedule or diet. My eating times fit great into my workout and work schedule and the Cell Mass just threw it all off.
I like to eat at 6am - 9am - 12noon - 3pm and 6pm. I take my supps at 4:30am and start my workout at 5am. Workout is over by 5:50 and I am home by 6 for the first meal.
As for the taste.
Super Pump - Blue Raspberry Ice, It’s a little strong but not a bad taste.
Size On - Arctic Lemon Ice, Great taste but you have to keep shaking it to keep it mixed.
Will post later on how it does in the gym.

So I get home form the gym this morning at my usual 6:00am and my girlfriend is all freaked out. She’s telling me about how the shelves on the wall were rattling and the cake pans on the fridge were shaking. Going on and on about how the cats were all freaked out as well and she scoped out the basement and outside but found nothing. She almost called me home from the gym because she was scared. So I go around and check things out but I also found nothing.
As I am sitting there eating my breakfast and watching the morning news, she is still talking about it and I am trying to figure out what the hell it could have been. I told her it could have been an earthquake but she just giggled and said "Yeah Right". Then the commercial ended and the news came back on.
(CINCINNATI) – "An earthquake shook tri-state residents out of bed early Friday morning. So far no damage has been reported in our area.
The 5.4 quake was centered just north of Evansville in West Salem, Illinois.
Reports of shaking are coming in from around the area"
Well at least I know what the panic was all about now.
Did anyone else from here feel it?

Wow this mornings workout just flat out sucked. I didn’t feel good on Sunday and I hope this is the cause of my bad workout.
I bought some Arnge Krush Friday on the way home from work and this was my 1st workout using this stuff.
Now I usually feel like crap on Leg days anyway but this morning was really bad. I am hoping it is not the Krush that made me feel this way. I guess I will know tomorrow morning.
Even after I got home I just laid in my bed for about a 1/2 an hour. I may have high blood pressure too but I am not sure. I need to get in to see the doctor and make sure I don’t.
Well that’s all for now I need to get to work. I will post again tomorrow.

Well my workouts are going great and I love being at the gym at 5 in the morning. I have so much more energy throughout the day. I am still eating clean, well as clean as I can.
I am taking a week off from working out. I just need a little rest.
I got my free (1lb) sample of Cell Mass in the mail yesterday so that’s cool. I was hoping for a free sample of NO-Xplode but I guess that’s the way it goes LOL.
Well crap I had better get to work.

I just sat down and figured my Normal days worth of intake. Now I have to change my meal plans to reduce the fat intake and raise my protein intake. I am glad that I figured up my totals now I can try and get on track.
Calories = 1965
Protein = 366g
Carbs = 148g
Fat = 76.6g - this has to drop
The good thing is I don’t get tired of eating the same foods every day. The bad thing is I am very picky when it comes to variety. I only eat a few veggies and the only one I like and can eat every day is Peas. I eat a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast (plain baked), Deli Sliced Turkey Breast and Tuna (cans). Actually this is the only meat I eat. I have found a whole grain bread that only has 35 calories, 1g of fat and 9g of carbs per slice.
