I think most my blogs have been somewhat negative. In spite of a few setbacks, I am very happy with where my fitness level is and how I look. I think I am the biggest I have ever been. My weight is about the same, but I must be more lean because I think I look bigger than I used to. Now I just need to get more disciplined on what I SHOULDN’T eat. I’m good at getting the things I need, but bad at saying NO to ice cream and such.

Well. I don’t know what it is. My motivation has drastically decreased. Having a couple lifting injuries that have held me back a little. I’ve tried to give them time to heal, but there is no change. My strength feels the same, but I am losing motivation in general.

Rarley will I ever post about having a good LEG workout. But it was motivating today. I also threw in shoulders because they fit in well. I could have done them yesterday but didn’t have the energy after back. This week has been pretty good on workouts. I really feel like I’m getting stronger and I think I "Look" like I’m stronger. My photos just don’t do me justice, but oh well.

Well, was planning on working out when I got off work… 9 pm ish… then going to bed for a bit, then watching the super bowl, then going to bed again at noon… but wait… we have to go into work much earlier! yay… goodbye workout and superbowl… time to get some shut-eye

In spite of being sick the last 4 days. Yesterday and today were good workouts. I can now use 45 lb plates for my weighted pull ups. After i got 6 reps of that it pumped me up for the rest of the workout.

Well. I had A LOT more energy during my workout and it was sustained energy. It did not trail off drastically after the first few minutes of my workout. I credit this to eating a lot more yesterday. And focused on getting more carbs. Any opinions on this theory?

Well. I ended up working out today. Thought I could do it, but it wasn’t too good. I think I may have strained, pulled, or have tendonitus in my left pectoral… right around the shoulder area… I had kinda noticed it bugging me but didn’t realize the extent until I started lifting. I didn’t go as heavy and kept it controlled. I guess it is just one of those frustrating weeks in all aspects. I guess I’ll take it easy if I feel it act up again.

Well. I’m glad I planned today and tomorrow and days off for exercising because I wouldn’t be able to get to the gym anyway. The days have been very busy and long, and the worste part is I have been missing a lot of Meals!!! Not good for the health. Also, heh, I am in a catch 22 in regards to drinking water… If I drink the ammount of water that I really need, I wont have the chance to go to the bathroom due to my security duties and being on long flights, so I don’t drink the water and get bad headaches! ahhh! sucks right now. but hey, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger… mentally in this case, because physically I am getting my A$$ kicked:)

Well. I worked on triceps today. I feel like I had a big boost a couple weeks ago and am stuck again. I may be overtrained, but I was forced to take 2 days off recently… I am doing decent weights, but am feeling very tired in my workouts. Tomorrow is legs, then I may take a day or two off… and may be forced to anyway. Also, it isn’t helping that I am unable to eat lunch often it seems…:( These Cliff bars just arent cutting it.
