Cut update
Well this is the first time I’ve posted since my original blog almost 10 months ago. I did pretty good during my spring semester and actually did reach my goal weight of 260 lbs. Unfortunately, I slacked a little bitĀ over the summer as I was swamped with summer classes and let myself get back up to 270. Well, since the end of August I have been strict on my diet and have gotten myself down to 251 lbs. Only 2 more pounds to go before I reach, what I consider to be, a major milestone for myself. My new goal is to reach 230 lbs by the end of the year and hopefully be somewhere between 200-210 lbs by the time Spring Break rolls around. I am going to stay strict with my diet and exercise and strongly believe that I can achieve both of my goals.
