Question about Testosterone Booster & ZMA

Well basically, My question is Can I take take the Testosterone Booster & ZMA in the same cycle? Since the Testosterone Booster is taken in the Morning and the ZMA before bed time.

ZMA ?!

Alright, basically I just started my cycle with ON ZMA to help me sleep better & increase my testosterone level. I started taking it on Oct/25/09, the first day I took it, I wasn’t really deep asleep. I woke up the next day kind of tired/exhausted. The second day, It kept me wide awake for some reason? I’m not sure what I’m suppose to feel? is it working? or what! How long does it take for it to kick in my system? Is it normal for this affect?

I have some questions?!

I’m thinking of purchasing some L-Carnitine?.  I read some info’s on it, about metabolizing food into energy, etc. Well my question is, I’m not sure if it’s safe to take w/ other supplements I’m taking? which are [Morning]-Multivitamins|Omega 3-6-9|Max CLA. Also if anybody got other suggestions on supplements?. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Just made another order to BB.com! I can’t wait to receive my shipment. The first order I made I received it about 3 days top. I hope this one comes quick I’m running low on EFA’s. Getting back on track!

Recovery week is over with. I’m heading to Week 5, Phase 2!. Chest/Shoulders/Triceps & Ab ripper x. I can’t wait till tomorrow, I’m bringing it! Go HARD or Go HOME. I’m going to try to do Heavy weights w/ at least 12 reps and good form. I’m also getting back on track w/ my diet! I need to step it up! MOTIVATION.

What can I do?!

Well basically during the day time I eat real clean. But when it comes to dinner time around 8pm I start getting out of control and eat junk food like chips & candy’s. It feels like I have no control of what I’m doing. Can anybody help me out w/ tips or anything?!

What is a Complete Meal/Snack?

Well basically my question is I would like some samples of what a Complete Meal/Snack should look like?. This is what I had for lunch today
(Baked chicken breast|White rice|Baked string beans|2 pieces of carrots).
My goal is to drop body fat and become more lean but also to put on some muscle mass. I’m doing pretty good on my clean food intake, but I would like to make sure if I’m doing this right.

P90x Training Update!

Three weeks has passed since I started My P90x journey. I’m basically heading to Week four Recovery. I’m very excited, looks like it’s going to be more of a cardio/stretch for this recovery week. I did pretty okay with phase 1 Classic but I missed about five total workouts & one ab ripper x. I’m a bit disappointed in that, but phase 2 I’m bringing it!. As for the results, It’s pretty good!. I’m shedding my body fat off, and I’m looking more lean. I am eating clean, but I am thinking of changing up my diet a bit, but I need to work on my cravings for junk food first. It’s hard but I can do it!. It’s not an overnight thing, but it’s a working progress. I also started a bodybuilding notebook(Diary) w/ my supplements list/intake, food intake/time, workout blog, motivational quotes, etc. So far having a Bodybuilding notebook to keep track of everything is great. Anyways I’ll keep everybody updated on my P90x journey and I will post up some b4 & after pictures soon.
