I was stuck at 176 lbs FOREVER….I finaly got past it when I started to hit my legs hard. With the help of some glutamine and staying solid with my routine not missing any leg days, they stopped being so sore..I am at a curent weight of 189 now, but put on some unwanted BF% so i am going into shreading mode for the summer.. I could definately use some advise because i have seen some amazing people on the cite that know thier stuff.

It’s monday 11/05/2007 just starting the week. Time to get busy today is chest day, but thats not my problem. My problem is legs day, every time i work legs they get sore bad and its hard to do my job with sore legs. So I have turned down my legg routine. I wonder if there is a better way so I can hit them hard and still function the next 3 or 4 days.
