I did a bunch of lifts that I haven’t done in a long time today, it was great. The slow bench presses and pause bench presses were incredible. It was shameful putting up 135 on the bench but it didn’t bother me, lol. My bench press has always been pathetic so I’m hoping these “new” lifts will help finally push me through 225 in the near future (yes weak). Anyway, some lifts felt great and some were so-so.

Decent run today for my cardio-challenged ass. I’d like to get up to running 5 miles a day in the not so distant future. Had to keep it short today since I have a long day with work until 3, reading for EMT class to 6:30, and EMT class from 6:30-10. I also didn’t pack any meals for the office today so maybe Chipotle for lunch, Subway for dinner, with a few protein shakes in between. Meh…
