Blog Entry

I’ve been out of the scene for a while and will be out of it for the next month or so….I had emergency laproscopic surgery last week and an on 2 week of bed rest ….and wont be able to work out for the next month…I’m soooo bummed out……although very thankful that I am alive and healthy.

    My wife had laproscopic surgery 12 days ago. She’s sore, and plans to be off from work for another week. Hope all is going well with you.
