keeping the weight up.
As a skinny kid I have always had trouble gaining weight. and now I am losing weight due to my new job. I am running more, a lot more, 15 to 20 miles a week. I feel better through out the day but if i try to counter with food and shakes I feel sluggish and it seams like i always have food in me which makes it hard to prep to go to the gym. any suggestions?

Right now I am reading a book called the warriors diet. If nothing else it is pretty interesting. It might help get rid of the sluggishness throughout the day though.
