Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008 I Have been doing well. Training hard and eating at least 90% strict. I train better when I am in Pain. The kind inside! Bout 30 days ago I got a good load of pain and letdown so I went into gear. I use the pain to get better. I mean hey your gunna feal it for a certain amount of time anyway so why not let it out, use it for the good. But do not do it in an angry way. So when I hit rep 9 I will let the pain hurt and push through it for 2 more reps. In turn I felt some of the pain inside, let it out , and used it for the good. Also by watching what I eat and saying no till it hurts will distract me from the other pain through out the day. Cause it hurts to say no lol…. Just sharing my healing process
or am I just nuts
I know I am looking better and have alot more focus.
