I am able to squat now and very happy to do that again. Legs have gotten weak!! I know they have good size, all things considering it has been A year. A few weeks ago I fell on the ice while Ice fishing and hurt my bicep. I am able to train it now and it is at about 70% Have been cutting and dropping some quality fat
When I hit about 205 I plan to do I mini bulk and then my summer cut. Will post some pics around 205. Last pic I posted was at 225lbs I thank you all for looking me and supporting me. We all know it is hard sometimes and you help me stay on trac. We also know if it were easy everybody would do it.!!! Have been single for 7 months(the first 4 months I didnt work out) so I am spending my time improving upon my self and feal I have grown alot as a person.. As far as working out goes as you know every time you take time off it takes a lil more kick in the ass to get back to where you once were. Time has a way off passing by so just be consistent!! TY ALL
good luck
