Starting diet 2morrow

January 4, 2009

I’m gonna start a diet 2morrow in anticipation of possibly doing my first show in April.  This is of course time available and I get brave enough to go on stage in a pair of skivs.  I’m also gonna be doing the Muscletech tranformation because it fits with my time frame.

3rd leg day

December 23, 2008

Today was my 3rd leg day since my extended break.  I felt pretty good and got a decent pump in the legs.  Endurance is still down but I’m sure it’ll be coming back soon.  I’ve decided to do post-workout cardio for a while to see how that affects my condition and exercise performance.  I haven’t ever really tried this in the "off-season" before so I \’m intriqued to find out the results.

Full week

December 21, 2008

I just did four days straight and finished all body parts and I am hurtin’.  It’s like my whole body is still pumped.  I’m taking a day off from the gym tomorrow and then it’s back to the grind.  I want to get as many solid workouts in before I get back to reality and start my new job.

Sore

December 16, 2008

I am hurting.  Taking a month off is like starting at the gym anew.  I’m taking tomorrow off doing everything again the next 1 or 2 days then off and then starting into formalized training on Saturday.  I’m lucky and not I don’t start working until Jan. 5 which is great other than the fact that I have no money which of course suck.  When I do start working it will be on the night shift so that is also gonna take some adjusting hopefully it wont be to bad.

Too long of a break

December 15, 2008

So after finishing the Amphetalean Challenge I flew to TX for 3 weeks for a Fire Academy boot camp with Training Division that was 2 weeks 24/7.  I then spent the last week getting a job and a rental home.  I flew back to Phoenix got a rental truck and then drove to my new home in Fort Worth.  And after a week of settling I’m finally back to the gym after about a month off.  I probably gained back about 10lbs but didn’t fall as far out of shape as I thought I would have considering the gym and diet hiateous.  I just started back yesterday and will workout 5 days this week very litghtly to get everything loosened up.  I’ll workout all bodyparts twice.  Then start on a formalized regimen the following week.  I’m excited to get back to the gym but it is also pretty draining.  I workout at 24hr fitness and there’s one about 5 miles from my lease home it’s well equipped and pretty clean and the dumbells go up to 150lbs, everything is bigger in TX I guess.

Thanks

November 16, 2008

I’ll begin by stating how I used Amphetalean. I took it in the mornings on an empty stomach prior to my morning cardio. That’s it one pill once a day. I would say that in an of itself is one of the greatest features of Amphetalean the fact that you only have to take one small pill once a day. That though would be useless if the product didn’t perform, if it didn’t give you the results you expect, thankfully Amphetalean does, in a big way.
In truth all I expected was another energy pill when I started taking Amphetalean but I was way wrong it is much more. Besides a sustained energy boost lasting anywhere from 6-12 hours I got much more. I personally found some increase in focus and concentration but what I was most thankful for was a decreased apetite. Being a naturally big eater dieting is usually hard because I’m hungry all the time, not so when using the Amphetalean, I rarely felt like I wasn’t getting enough to eat and wasn’t ever walking around hungry for what seemed like hours. This fact made it much easier to stick to a healthy diet and keep up the exercise which is neccessary in any weight loss program.
To conclude I am proud of my transformation and of what I accomplished. But having dieted in the past with mixed results I can confidently say this was by far the best and easiest transformation I’ve ever made and I feel that is in no small part due to Amphetalean. So thank you to Beast Sports Nutrition for such a great product and the opportunity for me to start a new healthier life.

Sincerely,
Greg Schmidt

Some pics, “DANGER!!! banana hamock below,” thanks Beast Amphetalean.

Here are some before and after pics to conclude the Beast Sports Amphetalean challenge.  I really couldn’t have done it without all the support of Beast and their great product Amphetalean.  Also I like to thank my girlfriend for putting up with me throughout the ups and downs of the diet.  Even though I think in part to the Am’lean there wasnt much in the way of downs mostly just ups.

and finally a before pic from just under 90 days ago,

Last Day

November 15, 2008

I know not too many people are following but I’m posting mY final pics today and I’m super excited. I already took some photos this am and will take some more this afternoon. It isn’t 90 days I think it’s 4 or 5 days short but I’m out of town for the next 3 weeks so I’m posting today and I might post pics tommorrow. My weight this am was 207lbs so total weight loss is 43lbs in just under 90 days. I really dried out well over the last few days but I’m feeling it trying to pose this am is draining but I’m still sweating a little. My body fat is around 8 or 9% but may be lower I’m not positive . But I’m sure I lost at least 10% body fat from the original 19% when I started. That’s all for now I’ll post some pics later and I’ll also be sending a ton to Josh.
