Well todays lets look at my supplements. Forgot to take my multivitamin. Thats a bad habit of mine, i really really need to remember to start doing that. Didn’t forget my Hot Rox Extreme tho… i rarely do.. ill start dragging around 2 or 3 pm if i dont take it. Now that i am doing high intensity curcuits for my training the Ice is starting to make me feel slightly sick. I think its the extra fluid in my stomach while im workin out. I think im gonna switch everything up soon tho… diet, supplements, and training. Its good to keep the body guessing.
