Thinkin of changin up the supps… i bought some EFAs today ill start them tomorrow … and for those of you who havent heard… which is pretty much all of you… i decided i am going ahead and trying to compete in November!… so excited… my contest prep has begun… but back to supps… i am using extreme formulations ice, but i dont feel like it is making a big difference, i may switch it up and use seperate bcaa and glutamine. i may look into biotests seven if i am not looking hard enough.. but i have a few weeks before i am going to worry about that. Also does anyone know of anything to help skin elasticity… obviously my skin hates me after playing weight yoyo like i have… im staying hott for good this time tho! … 10 weeks till showtime! :)

How’d i do it? I get asked that question nearly everyday, and still do not have an answer to give those who ask. My tranformation is not something i can sum up in daily conversation. People want to hear what diet i was on, and i cannot tell them. All i can say is that i eat clean, but most dont even know what that means. How much cardio do i do? Thats another question i get, and girls look at me crazy when i say it doesnt matter and i hate cardio. To me the gym is about lifting, heavy. That scares people. but Cardio is just that annoying thing that comes at the end of a workout, i try my hardest not to remember it. So what advice can i give? To those hoping to look like me, you need to change yourself mentally. This game is ALL mental. No one else is going to be awake to send you to the gym at 6am. No one else is going to make you choke down another peice of chicken breast. No one else can push out one last rep for you. People will be there trying to destroy you along the way, because they are weaker than you, and to them your success means their failure. So if you really want to succeed you HAVE to build yourself up mentally. You LIKE the gym at 6am. Chicken is TASTY. You can look like a fitness model, no you will look like a fitness model. You are worth the work. And NOTHING can stop you.

well today my diet was not spot on…. again. I feel like this is happening alot lately. I think mostly due to my frustration that i will not be competing this fall. I just need to remember that a show is still somewhere in my future, and i need to stay in shape if i wanna walk away with a win. I think my diet will get easier for me to stick to when i start tryin to put on some more muscle. I am gonna start takin in more carbs then, and that should decrease my cravings a bit (i think im a carb addict). i still wanna try one more week of strict dieting tho… i wanna see what this body can do!

Well todays lets look at my supplements. Forgot to take my multivitamin. Thats a bad habit of mine, i really really need to remember to start doing that.  Didn’t forget my Hot Rox Extreme tho… i rarely do.. ill start dragging around 2 or 3 pm if i dont take it. Now that i am doing high intensity curcuits for my training the Ice is starting to make me feel slightly sick. I think its the extra fluid in my stomach while im workin out. I think im gonna switch everything up soon tho… diet, supplements, and training. Its good to keep the body guessing.

Well i finally decided to start using this thing! Well i just got a job at GNC, so now my like can revolve around fitness and health at all times :) Today was the first day, it went well. My manager was suprised how knowledgable i am about sports nutrition. She should see my bedroom, my shelves look just like GNC shelves lol. As far as workout today i just did some cardio, i may do some more later though considering i also had a cheat meal today. Right now i am lookin forward to tryin some protein pudding i got at work, next meal in in an hour, ill taste it then!
