Getting stressful
A lot of school and work these days. Very stressful, which is all the more reason to release some energy at the gym during workouts. But I’m finding it extremely hard to find the time to go to the gym. Was going about 3-4 days a week for the last 3 months, but now its becoming more like 2, peppered in wherever I have the time. Hopefully I can get back on track again with eating habits, running, and lifting like I was during the summer.
