Good Partners
Anyone that works out knows that having a partner is definately a plus!
You can’t just choose any partner either, it has to be someone that i fairly equal in strength as well as stamina and size. Lets face it, if you choose someone that does not workout on your level, you will forever be changing weight and that will wear you out more than the actual workout will.
I recently started working out with a buddy of mine. We are almost equal in size but strength is different on some exercises. I am stronger with chest but he is stronger with squats and deadlifts. All other assistance work we are equal.
When we squat or deadlift he pushes me hard to the point of throwing up sometimes and I do the same for him with bench.
If you are serious and want to put on freaky size don’t feel bad when you tell your girlfriend that you would rather workout with the guy that is your size and strength. She will understand….. you hope!

I definitely feel you on that. My last lifting partner spent more time checking out the girls at the gym than spotting me. He ended up divorcing his gorgeous wife; and I now work out in my basement alone. A good lifting partner is hard to find.

Dude, I put having a good training partner against any B.S. supplement on the market. I have found the perfect training partner. And in only 2 months my bench has went up 60 pounds. Tonight we repped 405 on squats for sets of 8 to 15. I front squat 315 to the floor. Sorry, I am blog hogging, but I am just so hyped. Anyway, a good partner is a must. You said a mouthful.
