The Beginning
Saturday, July 25th, 2009I’ve been putting off my workout schedule for quite some time, and now I’m feeling it. It’s been 2 months since I graduated High School and haven’t lost a single pound. I really didn’t feel any different, gynecomastia held me back from my real personality, potential and dreams. I wanted a girlfriend and had many offers while in school, but never took the chance because I was afraid. Afraid of shocking the one I love, disappointed her with my gynecomastia. I guess I can say "I’ve been their", I’ve been trying to put off some weight since late 07, but I remained the same. So on July 27th 2009 I will make that decision all over again, but this time I will be committed. This bog will track my journey from a hefty 220LB’s to a staggering 175LB’s in just a shy of 5 months. I"ve recently been accepted to a college which starts in January of ‘10 ,which gives me plenty of time to lose this lard of fat.
I understand losing an average of 10lb’s per month might seem over kill, but I’m committed to finish the mission I once started and failed. Eating a healthy balance diet is also a major consideration, not just the physical aspect of being "fit". My ultimate goal is to lose my gynecomastia and avoid going under the knife, but it’s something I really need to discard.
