0.5 g Acetyl L-Carntinine                     1 Vitamin E Pill

   100 mg Caffeine                                        1 Synephrine

       1 g Ascorbic Acid                             1 Vitamin D

       0.5 mg N-Acetylcysteine/2 g Creatine     1 Calcium and Magnesium

1 Hour Continuous High Intensity Cardio on my Choice of Treadmill/ Elliptical or Bike 300 Calorie Burn with Fat loss Program Setting

8:00 AM Meal (1)                 Post Shake

                            17 g Orange juice Whey Isolate with 4 X 1 g Fish Oil Pills             

                              1 g Ascorbic Acid

                                 1 Boiled Egg for Breakfast

10:00 AM- Take 1 Chromium-Picolinate

11:00 AM- 10 g of Psyllium Seed Husk Fiber

1:00 PM Meal (2)    16.33 g of Peanuts                                    

                                        100 g of Ground Link Beef Portion

2:00 PM Meal (3)        16 g of Peanuts

3:00 PM Meal (4)        27 g of Banana Strawberry Team Skip

First Week Of Planned Diet

WELL HELLO EVERYONE,

THIS IS MY FIRST BLOG AND I’LL START OF BY LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THIS IS MY FIRST WEEK OF A PLANED DIET. I’M GOING TO BE DOING A 1500 CAL A DAY WITH A % OF 40% fat/60% PRO AND WILL BE REWARDING MYSELF WITH CARBS IF I HAVE A HARD WORKOUT, ONLY TO START AFTER THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF THE MEAL PLAN. I WILL INCORPORATE CARB RE-FEEDS ON THE WEEKEND AND CHANGE MY RATIOS TO 2500 CALS PER DAY WITH A 20% PRO, 250G CARBS AND 55 G FAT. SO FAR I’M 2 DAYS INTO IT AND FEEL GOOD. AT TIMES I FIND THE 6 MEALS, 3 HOUR BREAK UP, TO NOT CORRESPOND WITH MY DAILY ROUTINE BUT I’LL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE THE RESULTS I WANT TO HAPPEN. I’M EXCITED AND CAN’T WAIT TO REAP THE RESULTS OF AND EDUCATED PLAN. JUST WAIT TILL I INCORPORATE A PLANNED ROUTINE INTO THE RATIO. THIS WEE K I WANT O GET USED TO EVERYTHING AND WILL INCORPORATE THE WORKOUTS STARTING NEXT MONDAY. UNTIL THEN I’M JUST STICKING TO CARDIO. ps MY ASS HURTS FROM THE BIKE LAST NIGHT!
