Well I took two weeks off due to the fact that I had a lot going on! Its pretty ruff how much damage you can do to your body in two weeks. you can see by looking at my body weight stats. My diet has been poop for about 4 weeks now and its so hard to get back into the groove.
I really dont want to be a fatass anymore so im really trying to recomit again. Wish me luck people. sorry for the rant!

Well my finance and me are 2 weeks away from hiking up mt Washington. Very excited about this i have been training for over 21 weeks now lets see if it pays off. I’m trying this new thing in life of setting up a goal every year. Last year it was to start working out again. This year Mt. Washington. Next year will be a sprint Triathlon. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Now that i have been going to the gym on a regular you start meeting a lot new people that go around the same time. We will all usually do a head nod or a good morning but thats about it. no name exchange or handshake. So my partner and I have a nickname for a whole bunch of people. If you go to Ballys in east providence around 5am see if you know who you are.

So i have a friend that is has somewhat of a unibrow. He bet me that if in the next 5 weeks I can put up the 90lb dumbbells x5 then he will go with me to get his UNI fixed. I can already do 70lbs X 10. My only problem with Dumbbells is actaully getting them into postion. Well im going to do this to help out society and get another ugly brow off the streets.
A lot guys in my circle of friends think im weired almost hint to the fact that im gay because i take care of my appearance.

Well im on day 4 of keeping my carbs under 50g, and last night and today has been a lot better. The first three days where torture. But as of today the headaches from low carbs are gone and it should be easy sailing from here. im hoping to shed 15 to 20lbs in the next 4 weeks lets see what happens. On a side note after coming back from vacation on some well needed rest after 11 weeks of weight training, i’m definitely seeing some good results at the gym. I’m definitely coming back a lot stronger.

Today was the last day after 11weeks of weight training. im physically spent and need to give the muscles some time off. Next week i’m going on vacation to south beach and will only be doing cardio and keeping my diet as CLEAN as possible (im saying that very loosely). Hopefully when i get back i will start a 4 week cut diet and then see where this awesome journey takes me.

This week is my first week without a N.O product and wow there is a huge difference working out with it and with out it. My Gym partner is still on a N.O product and he could have kept working out. Usually im the same way I can hit the weights for a good 1 and half hours today after 1 hour i was spent I mean SPENT. he still had lots to go with. can’t wait for the next 2 weeks to cycle the stuff back in to my supplement diet.

in case you have noticed in my squat log that i went from a max of 390lbs squating to 61lbs. well lets just say that unless you are ready to really jump in weight.. DONT do it, im paying the price right now with some serious hip joint pain. lets just hope I didn’t really hurt anything.
