			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey watsup everybody, my name is Ryan and I getting ready to step on stage this year as a light heavy weight for the Mr. EIU competition on March, 7th 2009.&nbsp; Currently, I am about 12 weeks out, weighing in at about 192 lbs at about 9-10% bodyfat.&nbsp; Ideally, I would like to step on stage at 175 dry, so i&#8217;ll keep posted on my progress.&nbsp; Right now, I cycle my carbs, having high carb days for back and leg training days, lower carb days for all other training days, and even lower carb days on off days.&nbsp; I switch up my training each week, alternating between high volume training and low volume HIT style training.</p>
