The title pretty much speaks for itself on this blog. You need to know your body, know when to push yourself and more importantly know when you need to "swallow your pride" and head home. The last thing you want to do is over train. A major key to getting bigger is thinking long term. If your over train, your working backwards. You build up and get big out of the gym when your muscles are rebuilding so if your just tearing the fibers to pieces day after day, night after night your not working to your body’s favor. Injuries and set backs due to over training i have no sympathy for whatsoever because its pure personal error and big headed syndrome (BHS) a term i made up ha. Plain and simple, you get big if you can continue to work out efficiently for months and years to come and not have to take time off to nurse your sore spots due to not letting your body recover fully. Good luck, and "train smarter, not harder." Quote from Bob Cicherillo

Happy lifting,

Well i’ve been hit by the busy bug. No time to lift due to finals in school, deer hunting, lots of work and of course a girlfriend. With no time to hit the gym 5 times a week and the diet slipping as well i haven’t been the same me as of late. I got 2 good workouts in this week so far, and ill probably get 2 more before its over. The diet i just don’t have time to eat like i used to or prepare like i used to. Once i graduate from college then i will get things under control once again. Hoping to be my biggest ever next year. After i get myself back under control i’ll be back more frequent and add some new photos. I’m working on bringing back the insane vascularity in my arms, chest and back again and hopefully blow away all my old measurements asap.

Well what can i say, I’ve been gone quite a bit so i should have a lot. First off i have an outstanding mass building diet configured that is sure to work…I just need to start following it.

On the supplement side of things I tried Cell Tech for the first time in probably 2 years and wow, that is some good stuff. Ive tried many creatines but that one is instant results. Sure a lot of its water weight but if you want to get bigger faster, that will do it for you. Secondly N.O Xplode is quite honestly the closest thing to legal speed that i have seen. Talk about a workout intensifier.

All i need to do now is put my diet in place, its all set ready to go, just takes a lot of commitment and determination to follow. I have grown quite a bit, i dirty bulked for the past few months, not proud of it id rather do a clean one with good foods but its summer and its to hard for me to pass up the beer and chips lol. Now im switching to my clean bulk tho tell January and then its pre comp cut time. Id estimate my current body fat at about 11 percent and ill probably stay at that for the next few months then cut it in half for comps in 09. Im tired of typing and need to get ready for work… Thanks for listening to me ramble ha..

Well i havent been to the gym in 2 weeks, nutrition has went to crap and ive been a lazy piece of mass LOL. what can i say, i ran out of money for food and protein, lost my motivation and lost what i was working with to an extent. once the stimulus tax check gets in my pocket i should be able to pay off my bills and what not and get back on track. this is definitly a unwanted halt in progress but i jsut cant afford the food it takes right now and that is killing my motivation to lift. anyways, ill get back at it sooner or later, i always do. then ill be heading on strong again, every road to the final destination is gonna have some detours. this is one. see ya soon

I dont even no if i can get into the benfits of oats on nutritional aspects because it would be a 25 page essay. ill let you do that research, google it : benefits of eating oats. or something along those lines, you’ll see why you ought to promoat the oat.

BCAAS, Whey, Casein and Glutamine. All involving protein in some way, imagine that. What makes muscle. Those are the important ones and its taken me this long to realize it, what a mistake. Better now then never anyways.
