Journal: My Bulking Phase
I started my bulking phase 2 days ago. i will really utilize weight tracker and enter my weight (in morning on empty stomach, naked, same time) every monday and friday. This should make a very detailed and pretty accurate graph on my progress. i have a very demanding diet for the mass up attempt but we will see how it works. if the weight goes up and i still stay pretty lean and the muscle grows go up. ill let people kno on the diet aspect. feel free to stay tuned to see how its working every mon and fri.
