What you OAT to know

oats just rock, plain and simple.

cheap 1.99 for 31 servings.

quick and easy 1.5 mins in the microwave with cup of water.

EFFECTIVE, awesome source of slow digesting complex carbs for preworkout.

Throw on some honey for taste, honey has great benefits as well if not abused.

I dont even no if i can get into the benfits of oats on nutritional aspects because it would be a 25 page essay.  ill let you do that research, google it : benefits of eating oats.  or something along those lines, you’ll see why you ought to promoat the oat.

Journal: My Bulking Phase

I started my bulking phase 2 days ago.  i will really utilize weight tracker and enter my weight (in morning on empty stomach, naked, same time) every monday and friday.  This should make a very detailed and pretty accurate graph on my progress.  i have a very demanding diet for the mass up attempt but we will see how it works.  if the weight goes up and i still stay pretty lean and the muscle grows go up.  ill let people kno on the diet aspect.  feel free to stay tuned to see how its working every mon and fri.

Flat Dumbell Press Goal

I got a new gym membership the other day and they had dumbells at 105,110,115 and 120  which are new to me.  The highest i could get was the 105s because you have to keep them so wide throughout the entire press because of how long they are! lol.  its something to work for and im motvated to get to using those 120 pound stones.  ill get there.  gimme a month or 2.  ;)
