This is only the beginning..
June 1st 2008 i am going to start my mass building program and diet. It wil consist of estimated:
4600 calories, 550 grams of carbs, 375 grams of protein and 90 grams of fat daily.
I am going to mass from June 2008 until the end of December 2008. Then start cutting for Competitions that start in April 2009. I will come in at the top of light heavy weight if all goes to plan.
PS: im also moving back in with my parents for the 7 months of bulking so i can actually afford the food its going to take. LoL! true dedication and showing the sacrafices that need to be made.
