I actually am deciding that after i try White Flood and Green Magnitude im done with preworkout and postworkout supplements of that type. Im going to focus my money on what i have found better results with.
Rather then blow it on:
*NO Boosters, Pump Increasers, Energy, shit like No xplode, and animal pump and white flood, nano vapor, whatever. i am going to spend the money on what in my opinon is more useful supplements:
BCAAS, Whey, Casein and Glutamine. All involving protein in some way, imagine that. What makes muscle. Those are the important ones and its taken me this long to realize it, what a mistake. Better now then never anyways.

June 1st 2008 i am going to start my mass building program and diet. It wil consist of estimated:
4600 calories, 550 grams of carbs, 375 grams of protein and 90 grams of fat daily.
I am going to mass from June 2008 until the end of December 2008. Then start cutting for Competitions that start in April 2009. I will come in at the top of light heavy weight if all goes to plan.
PS: im also moving back in with my parents for the 7 months of bulking so i can actually afford the food its going to take. LoL! true dedication and showing the sacrafices that need to be made.
This is only the beginning

since i have been blasting my legs, my weight has went up considerably (in a good way) however now i dont think im a middleweight anymore lol. i think im going to scratch the compeition at middleweight this year, i have some important issues that came up but im going to hit a good clean bulk from now tell next february and try to come in at the top of light heavy weight for next year.

Lots of people have been pursauding me into going to controlled labs white flood and green mag next. ive done a sample of green mag and it was awesome. so i think thats what i will go to next. hopefully the results are as good as the taste, a review will follow im sure.

Just finished my Universal and MHP supplement stack. it was
Animal M Stak + Animal Pump from universal nutrition
and
Probolic-sr Protein and Glutamine-sr from MHP
dam did i make some gains. very impressedm best stacks ive ever done. next one im going with is
Super Pump 250 + Size On from Gaspari
and
Whey protein from Sci Fit and Casein Protein from Optimum Nutrition
After that ill go to
Shock Therapy + Torrent from Universal Nutrition.
then
White Flood + Green Magnitude from Controlled Labs. Pretty excited about this one.

with no xplode and cell mass (revamped sopossidly) a try.

April 8th starts my clean bulking period. Can’t wait to add some serious size by adding back in the carbs and moving some serious metal. Heavy Heavy Heavy on the weight and pack on the pounds. Goal = 225 by next february. Then cut to 198 for Competition at light heavy weight for 2009. Wish me luck. Feed The Machine!

My recent problem areas were legs, but i started doing squats (go figure) and they started growing like nuts so im not worried about them anymore. HOWEVER, now the weakness lies in my upper pecs, and the wide part of my lats. Those 2 areas need to be delt with big time, the lats i have growing and i know what im doing there, just takes time. Upper chest gotta keep pluggin away with the heavy dumbells on the incline. It will come. Stay tuned.

Well i must say, i did some hard flexing in front of the mirror today, wow i gotta get some pics of this is all i have to say. Hundreds of veins are showing in my rear lats when i spread it… its amazing, also the veins in my arm are getting ronnie coleman like. its actually pretty incredible, all through chest, abs, traps everywhere. Im telling you, eat a ton of oranges, its spikes ur arginine (nitric oxide) levels. its amazing. wait tell people see these pics, there going to freak. ill get them up this weekend.

Although its kind of lame work, i realized this:
im always aware of all the deals on the right foods.
i always have the choice of any food i want when i take breaks.
snacks between breaks are easy to find.
i learn a lot about foods and the nutrition of foods seeing as though i see the labels of everything every day.
i think most importantly, its help me just by being around the store, taking my breaks, i always have an awesome selection for break food, anything you could need really. it rocks.

I go to work all the time and tell people, "man today i had the best back day of my life…" what is their response? "dude, you say that every time…"
Well, here is why i say that. Because my goal and anyones goal going into the gym, should be to do a better workout on whatever muscle group your working then the last time you worked it out. EVERY WORKOUT YOU DO, YOU NEED TO TRY TO DO BETTER THEN YOUR LAST. I cannot stress that enough, whether its 2.5 lbs more on each side, or an extra rep, or 1 more past failure. You need to keep improving. Just thought id get that off my chest,
